Payment Policy

Advance Payment Requirement

  • Full payment must be made at least 6 hours before the start of the service.
  • Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Extra Charges

  • Any variations to the agreed journey (such as additional time, waiting, or distance) will be subject to additional charges.

Cash may be paid directly to the chauffeur after the trip, only if pre-approved.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is fair, transparent, and reflects the limited availability of our fleet.

  • No Cancellation Fee
    Cancellations made 12 hours or more before pickup incur no charge.
  • 50% Cancellation Fee
    Cancellations made 6 to 12 hours before pickup will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
  • 100% Cancellation Fee
    Cancellations made within 3 hours of pickup time or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Once your booking is confirmed, the vehicle is exclusively reserved for you and unavailable for others at the same time.
